Payments & Security

Zerafina accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, echecks, and bank transfers through PayPal, a payment processing company that enables you to pay securely without sharing your financial information with online retailers. Zerafina does not process, nor has access to, your credit card or financial information.

Shipping

Time frame

You will receive your order in 5-10 business days or sooner. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you. If you would like express shipping, please indicate so in the Instructions box during check out. We will contact you to let you know the additional shipping charge before sending your order.

Our standard delivery charges are based on your purchase total before tax:

Cancellations

With the exception of special orders or customized items, you may cancel an item or order if it has not shipped. Please write to customercare@zerafina.com or call us if you need to cancel an order. If the item has shipped, please see our return policy below.

Return Policy

Refunds: With a few exceptions, you may return an item for a product refund within 21 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in the intact original packaging, and with all the pertinent tags. Special/customized orders, large dinnerware orders and cutlery may not be returned. Shipping is not refundable.

If you need to return an item, write to customercare@zerafina.com or call us so that we can arrange the return.

A refusal of shipment is billable for both original and return shipping costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Actual shipment cost is based upon freight billing incurred by Zerafina.

Shipping damage: Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please write to customercare@zerafina.com or call us and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Please hold on to all packing materials and the item until further notice.

Factory Defects: We will replace items that have a factory defect within 30 days after you receive the item. Manufacturer's warranty applies after 30 days.

Content errors

Typographic and descriptive errors at zerafina.com are subject to correction.
